’tis the details…

The holiday season always seems to arrive at the speed of lightning for us after Thanksgiving. Cards to send out, gifts to wrap, guests to entertain… this year we’re especially excited as it’s M’s first christmas. That also means our to-do list is a tad longer than before, so I love these subtle details that brighten up the home instantly.

It’s a ho ho holidandy!

So I just have to say, thank you for all the lovely comments on etsy about my interview. It was such an honor to be the featured seller and I am so in awe of all the talent in etsyland.

The highlight was re-connecting with my dear friend Erin, who incidentally also did our wedding florals way back… when she was part owner of Birch. Now Erin owns Rosenow Florals, Fritts Rosenow and as of yesterday, I found out she has the loveliest etsy shop called Holidandy that features these amazing holiday decór.

Cashmere wreaths? Yes please!

Oh the scandal! Adorable, though admittedly disturbing fashion victims by Peregrine Honig. My kind of R-rated kiddies’ drawings…
